Our terms and conditions comply with EU legislation, therefore, allow you to shop with confidence from our online store.
General:
To purchase products from G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS you must be 18 years of age, have read these terms carefully and have indicated this prior to purchase.
Please note that the colours shown in online images may differ from the reality of the product. Limitations in photography and technologies used to view images may alter colour representation.
Panels Samples:
For customers in the Ireland we are happy to provide panels samples for retails & business partners We provide samples free of charge to allow customers to assess the colour, design, and quality of our products before placing a full order.By ordering and receiving samples, the customer confirms that they have had sufficient opportunity to examine the product prior to purchase.
Customers are strongly advised to review samples carefully before placing an order. Variations in colour, finish, and texture may occur due to lighting, manufacturing, and installation conditions and are not considered defects.
Due to the nature of our products and the availability of samples, returns are not accepted for reasons relating to colour, design preference, or change of mind once an order has been placed after samples have been provided.
Returns will only be accepted where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Orders:
When you place an order with G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS this will be treated as an offer to buy. If we accept your order we will confirm this by email which will contain an order number. At this point we make a legal contract with you; however, we may refuse to accept your order in any circumstance if we deem it necessary. Again, notification of this will be made by email. When reviewing your order, the information given may be used by us to enquire with various agencies in order to confirm your identity and location. These enquiries aid in protecting us both from fraudulent transactions.
If we do decline your offer on security grounds, we may contact you to seek alternative payment or to confirm details given. Upon receiving an order confirmation we would ask you to check that there are no errors, that all product numbers and quantities are correct and that delivery/billing addresses are correct.
Payment:
Payment can be made by any of the card types shown or using PayPal.
Orders are accepted on the condition that payment is cleared prior to dispatch of goods.
All details supplied to G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS use encryption to ensure safe delivery of details.
Pricing:
All prices are in Euro
Prices may be subject to change without notice. Prices may be subject changes due to amendments to VAT in the future – we will adjust our pricing accordingly.
Delivery:
Our carriage charges to Ireland addresses are calculated on the checkout total. If you have questions about bulk delivery please

Deliveries take two to five working days within the Ireland or UK
For other countries destinations delivery will normally take five to ten working days.
Delivery will normally be by post or by courier. The acceptance of shipment by a common carrier or by any licensed public postal service shall constitute proper delivery. Risk associated with the goods shall pass to buyer on delivery or with the passing of title in the goods, whichever occurs first; provided however, that where delivery is delayed due to circumstances caused by or within the responsibility of buyer, risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon notification that goods have shipped. If there is any shortfall in delivery or damage to goods during transit you must notify G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS within three working days of delivery.
We will not be held financially liable for any delay in delivering the goods to you, however arising. If a delivery is refused we reserve the right to charge the full carriage/delivery charges in their entirety without subsidisations by way of a deduction from any refund owed.
Next day delivery service cannot be guaranteed, once a parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over speed or time of delivery.
Stock availability:
If a product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible about any delay. Please note that any delivery dates given are an estimate only and may be subject to change without notice.
Dates given do not constitute a contractual obligation by G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS to supply goods by a certain date. We will, however, keep you informed of any delay to the best our abilities.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS , you may return it within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging (with all labels) for a full refund, postage will be at your cost.
If a product has been ordered individually to your specification or has been ordered specially on your behalf then there are no rights to return. We reserve the right to deduct a delivery cost for the original order if the returned value deems any delivery promotions void. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will issue any due refund within 10 working days of receipt of any authorised return.
Please note that you should check all PANELS products prior to and during hanging.
If you are returning goods, or in the event of a fault, we ask that you send an email to G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS customer support pvcpanelsireland@gmail.com In this email please state the details of the return/fault, the invoice number, receipt date and if you wish to claim a replacement or a refund.
Products should be returned to: 3 A Irish Street Bunclody,Co.Wexford Y21KP40 IRELAND This address should be used for returns only.
We do not accept returns on samples.
Warranties:
You may have additional rights under warranty supplied by Regul PVC panels of the manufacturer of the product you have ordered. Or other suppliers. Please contact us, if you require further information. If G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS discovers that a product(s) price was wrongly stated we retain the right to cancel any orders for the specific product(s) and notify you of the cancellation via email.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
All descriptions, dimensions and finishes are approximate, some of our products are hand finished and/or batched, the product you receive may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.
Sale of Goods:
Products supplied by G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS are believed to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. For internal use.
Ultimately, it must be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of a product for the use in which you intend it for, specifically for your own situation and conditions which are unknown to G-dIRE INERIOR PANELS .
General
Your purchase of products from G-dIRE Interior Panels constitutes a contract governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising from such purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within the European Union.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations stated may not apply to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
G-dIRE Interior Panels reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page or by notifying customers via email. Continued use of the website or purchase of products following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All personal data provided to G-dIRE Interior Panels will be stored securely and used solely for its intended purpose, including processing orders and providing requested services such as newsletters. Export and Laws
Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees determined by the destination country. The customer is responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations. G-dIRE Interior Panels makes no representations regarding the legality of products in the destination country.
